FAQ
This page has been compiled to answer some of your questions in relation to the NVCF at the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre
Where is the Warwickshire
Exhibition Centre?
The Exhibition Centre is located on the Fosse Way, close to the M40 Motorway
Junctions 12 and 13. Leamington Spa train station is just 4 miles away, and
a free regular shuttle bus operates
between the train station and the NVCF throughout the day. Birmingham International
Airport is within 30 minutes travelling time.
How do I get to the
Warwickshire Exhibition Centre?
Directions are available on the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre website here.
Will I be able to
drive in to the hall?
No.
Will I be able to
park my vehicle close to the hall?
Yes you will. We will also be arranging separate exhibitor reserved car parking
and providing exhibitor car parking permits. You will not need to walk miles
to get to or from your vehicle once you have unloaded.
What are the visitor
entry times and costs?
Please see this page for details.
Does the Warwickshire
Exhibition Centre charge visitor parking?
No, the parking is absolutely free with no plans by the venue or NVCF organisers
to charge for parking.
Will I get help loading
into the halls?
We are investigating the possibility of having porters on hand for helping with
the loading in by exhibitors. Primarily this service is for our disabled exhibitors.
However, no table is more than a few metres away from the entrances/exits. We
would also advise bringing your own trolleys to facilitate loading in.
What about rubbish?
Catering rubbish from the restaurant should be put in the bins provided around
the hall. No other rubbish may be left by any stallholder at the end of the
event. You are expected to take any unwanted items away with you and not to
leave a pile of unwanted radios and other items at the end of the day.
Is there a restaurant
or café on site?
Yes the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre has a 100-seater restaurant on a mezzanine
level overlooking the main hall. Disabled dining tables will be located under
the restaurant in the main hall.
Will I still have
to bring my own chairs?
Yes bring your own chairs.
What about a cash
machine?
There is a permanent
cash machine inside the exhibition hall.
